Shipping policy

 

Orders are processed within 48–72 hours of being placed. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders are subject to product availability.

Shipping timeframes listed on individual product pages are projections, not guarantees. Unexpected delays — including high order volume, supply constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances — may occasionally affect fulfillment timelines.


Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within one hour of placing your order via our Contact Us page. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.


Shipping Costs & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are determined solely by the carrier. Rates vary by destination.

Please note:

◼︎ Delivery to PO Boxes is currently unavailable. Providing a PO Box address may result in a shipping delay or order cancellation.

◼︎ Address changes cannot be made after an order is placed. Orders requiring an address correction will be cancelled and must be resubmitted. Please verify all shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

◼︎ Industoria-Studio is not responsible for loss or damage if you authorize the carrier to leave your package with a third party or at an unattended location.


Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and invoice. Please note this confirms receipt of your order — it is not acceptance, and the order remains subject to cancellation within the eligible window.

A second email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. 


Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are available to receive their shipment. Industoria Studio is unable to delay, hold, or schedule delivery windows. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage resulting from an unattended delivery.

If you are absent at the time of delivery and unable to inspect your order within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp, we are unable to accommodate damage replacement or refund requests regardless of circumstance.

Lost, Stolen & Missing Packages

Industoria Studio does not assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after a confirmed delivery. All goods become the purchaser's responsibility from the moment the package is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you suspect your package has been stolen following a confirmed delivery, we recommend filing a report with your local police department and contacting your insurance provider.
