Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Can I cancel my order?

The order can be cancelled within the next one hour by contacting our customer service here.

Can I change my address for my order?

No. Address changes cannot be made once an order is placed. If a correction is needed, the order will be cancelled and must be resubmitted with the correct address. Please verify all shipping details carefully before completing your purchase

What if I receive a damaged product?

We carefully package each order by hand to make sure everything arrives safely and just as you expected. If your order arrives damaged, contact us here within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered.

To submit a damage claim, provide the following:

■ Your order number
■ Photo of the outer shipping box
■ Photo of the inner packaging and how the item was packed
■ Photo of the damaged item
■ Photo of any visible dents, bends, or impact points on the packaging

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

Our Fragrance Collection currently ships within the US only. All other physical products ship worldwide unless otherwise stated on the product page.

When will I receive the tracking information?

You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. You can track your order here.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 48–72 hours of being placed. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping timeframes listed on product pages are projections, not guarantees.

Will I be charged duties or taxes?

All US orders will arrive with duties paid. For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes that may apply once the products leave our studio.

We recommend researching your country's customs fees before making a purchase to avoid any unexpected costs.
