Refund policy

All Industoria Studio products are made to order. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance, including dissatisfaction with variations in texture, color, surface detail, or finish.

Our pieces are produced by hand in small batches. Subtle irregularities — faint layer lines, surface variations, minor inconsistencies in color or texture — are inherent to the handmade process and are not defects. They are part of what makes each piece distinct. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.


Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, contact us here within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted — no exceptions. This applies even if the item is intended as a gift; the buyer is responsible for inspecting the package within the 48-hour window regardless of when it is opened or given.

To submit a damage claim, provide the following:

■ Your order number
■ Photo of the outer shipping box
■ Photo of the inner packaging and how the item was packed
■ Photo of the damaged item
■ Photo of any visible dents, bends, or impact points on the packaging

Depending on availability, an approved claim may result in a replacement or refund.


If a Return Is Approved

The item must be unused from the time of receipt through the time of return shipment.

It must be repacked using all original components and protective materials.

Upon receipt, only the damage from the initial shipment should be present.

Any additional damage incurred during return transit — due to improper packing — is the customer's responsibility and may affect refund eligibility.
